  • A typical turn around for a 10-panorama tour is 10 business days from the scheduled photo shoot date.
  • Do you do rush delivery?
  • We can rush your project for an added fee.
  • Can your company make floor plans for my tour?
  • Yes, we can create high quality floor plans if you do not already have them.
  • Do you only do work in Tokyo?
  • While we primarily work in the greater Tokyo area we will travel to your location anywhere in the world. Please don't hesitate to contact us for inquiries.


  • What technology do your interactive tours use?
  • Our tours require Adobe Flash player 9 or above.
  • How many images does it take to produce one panorama?
  • This depends on the method used to create the panorama, but typical image counts are 27 to 63 images per panorama.
  • Do you use special equipment to create your interactive tours?
  • Yes. We use professional panoramic tripod heads and DSLR cameras with either wide angle or fisheye lenses. This combination produces the absolute best image quality available.
  • Is it difficult to add a tour to my website?
  • Not at all. It's very easy. Our tours are based on Adobe Flash. As such they use regular Adobe flash files. If your site currently uses flash then chances are you already know how to integrate our tours. If you need assistance we can help you learn the processes.
